Executive Mandala believes that leaders who operate with a paradoxical blend of personal humility and strong will are the leaders who will take their organisations to the lengths they need to go in today’s marketplace. Creating this blend may seem like a tall ask in many circumstances, but in a world that deals in probabilities Executive Mandala works with executives helping them to build the wisdom, integrity and strength which makes change possible. 

 

Transformational change

Neuroscience is now providing new evidence that the human brain is malleable and change is indeed very possible. Hence, if we do the right
things, we can make significant changes to strengthen our mental capability, and to also sustain that change.

While successful executives already possess important fundamental management skills, a deeper understanding, appreciation and awareness of self is imperative in dealing with the performance demands placed on executives – never more so than in the present economic environment.

 

An integrated approach

Executive Mandala employs an integrated approach, using Western and Eastern psychology, which is supported, where relevant, by recent findings in the field of neuroscience.
 

First we work at the individual level, identifying those potential areas
of change and growth which are vital to an executive’s success. Problems
in these areas may be impeding an individual’s effectiveness in achieving specific organisational or personal goals.
 

Once identified, we work with the executive to pinpoint the basis for existing behaviours, how best to change them, and how to cultivate new ways of operating which can become an everyday part of their leadership repertoire. This work optimizes the executive’s individual job performance.
