Lewis is a Senior Associate with Executive Mandala, and has extensive qualifications and experience in professional coaching and leadership development. He coaches in the areas of Executive and Corporate Coaching, Career Coaching, Group and Personal Coaching, Communication and Business Coaching.

His passion is supporting people who are in transition and who are interested in releasing their potential and valuing their uniqueness. He assists people to become more self-aware so they can gain insights about who they really are and to recognise and accept who they can be.

The methodologies Lewis uses are based on feedback and calibrating effectiveness in the way we think and behave. He believes that for worthwhile change to be sustainable, it needs to have positive reinforcement. This leads to meaningful and on-going shifts to ensure we achieve what we seek.

Lewis’ style is one of facilitated coaching and centres around how people “language” their world since the way we observe and talk about our world is how we create our reality. By noticing what we do and noticing what we get, we become more response-able. To do so is to be at cause rather than to be at effect.

He has a reputation and innate ability to inspire others to do things differently through valuing diversity, exploring life’s choices, believing in abundance and ultimately discovering their authenticity. The focus of his work leads to an understanding and ownership of what we create in our world and ultimately taking responsibility for the outcomes.

Lewis has extensive experience at all levels in corporate, community and rural coaching where he has assisted his clients to deliver enhanced effectiveness at both the personal and professional level.
