KEVIN KEITH

EXECUTIVE

Kevin is an executive with Executive Mandala, having worked closely with its founder Barbara Jones. He is an accomplished professional in the world of business leadership, success and change. He has worked closely with numerous executives as a mentor, advisor and consultant to significantly build and transform their businesses. As a coach he uniquely combines this “results focused”, “hands on” business experience with a deep awareness of the complexity of human change.

As a coach and leadership developer, Kevin advocates self-awareness as the necessary path to developing one’s unique leadership potential: Identifying and enhancing one’s strengths as well as courageously embracing one’s limits provides the basis for improving working relationships, enhancing trust and producing sustainable results.
Allowing people to consciously integrate their personal strengths and desires with their business identity may also paradoxically ensure a more boundaried work-life driven less by seemingly irresolvable conflicts between work and private demands.

Kevin’s work life covers some 25 years working across five continents. Whether as an academic, lecturer, pastoral counselor, investment banker, management consultant, line manager, or executive coach he has always sought to combine insight and excellence in his work. His last industry role was in London where he worked as a Vice President with Gemini Consulting / CapGemini serving on the UK Leadership team for the groups Telecoms, Media and Networks (TMN) business. For one year he also led the division’s Global Strategic Lab, producing original research into practicality of IP technology and a global survey of CEOs views on the TMN sector. Kevin also honed his industry knowledge working in the investment banking industry as a Director for ARC Associates in London.

Kevin has always held special interest in change: be it technological, historical or human. He makes room for complexity and retains space for wonder and curiosity for all that we do not know. He brings this enthusiasm for learning to his work as a coach.

Kevin is a member of the teaching faculty of JNI (Institute of Psychotherapy) where he lectures on Infant and Childhood Development, Adult Development, and Therapeutic Intimacy. He also heads up a four day summer school elective on Spirituality and Intimacy in Psychotherapy and Everyday Life. Kevin possesses a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Texas; a Masters in Pastoral Theology from St Meinrad’s School of Theology, IN; a Masters in Religious Studies and a License in Theology from the Katholieke Unversiteit te Leuven in Belgium; and a MPhil in Jewish Studies, Wolfsomn College, Oxford University, England. He is a registered Psychotherapist and works part-time in the NGO sector supporting those impacted by HIV. Kevin has worked in varying capacities with companies such as CBA, British Telecom, Eriksson, Nokia, Cisco Systems, Philips, and Tesco.
