Our name – Executive Mandala

Mandala is a Sanskrit word meaning “circle”. It is also a representation of the unconscious self, the part of ourselves which is often hidden from both ourselves and others.

 

It is also often used to symbolise impermanence and constant change. Navajo Indians and Tibetan monks create sand mandalas to demonstrate this impermanence. When finished (often after many days of construction) the sand mandala is swept up into a jar and emptied into a body of water, symbolising the cycle of change.
